Cosmetician (m/f/d)
For our locations in Munich, we have several positions available immediately as cosmeticians (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.
Your tasks
- You will safely and professionally perform our offered treatments.
- You enjoy product consultation and product sales.
- It is your personal concern to make your customers happy and to always leave them with a smile on their faces.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed cosmetic training and have ideally already worked with diode laser and radio frequency technologies.
- In the best case, you have also completed all the necessary training for handling radio frequency & laser equipment in accordance with the NiSV.
- You enjoy working in a team, you are motivated and show above-average commitment.
- Weekend and evening shifts are also fine and feasible for you.
What we offer
- A permanent employment contract on a full-time or part-time basis.
- A monthly salary of at least 3,200 euros gross, which is above average for the industry.
- A comprehensive induction.
- Training on the technologies offered (as part of the NiSV, manufacturer training, and other continuing education offerings).

Store management (m/f/d)
For our locations in Munich we have immediate vacancies for several positions as studio manager (m/f/d) in full-time.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for all processes and organizational matters in the studio and inspire your colleagues with your motivation and above-average commitment.
- You control the numbers, ensure correct cash closings and take care of material orders.
- You consult customers, carry out technology-based skin analyses and also sell our products after the treatments.
- You are the link between the head office and your studio and are the contact person for the head office on site.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the commercial or cosmetic field and, in the best case, have already worked in a comparable position.
- You have a great passion for cosmetics and inspire others with it.
- You are a communication talent who also enjoys consulting customers and selling products.
- You enjoy daily challenges and working independently, and you also enjoy always being there for your employees and supporting them.
- Weekend and evening shifts are also fine and feasible for you.
- You have basic MS Office skills.

Working student (m/f/d) project management
Support us as a working student (m/f/d) in the area of project management at our location in Sauerlach (near Munich).
Your tasks
- As a working student (m/f/d), you will support the management with administrative and organizational tasks as well as the True Care team with their demanding to-dos
- You will help with project planning, monitoring and coordination in collaboration with various team
- You contribute creative ideas to continuously improve business processes and make a positive contribution to team dynamics
- You coordinate deadlines and monitor deadlines, support the creation of presentations and reports and research and analyze relevant information to support the management in decision-making processes
- You are the interface to internal and external stakeholders and provide support with communication and marketing measures
- You take the initiative in planning and implementing sales campaigns to acquire new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships
Your profile
