How can I book an appointment?

You can easily book your appointment via our website or click here. Here you will be taken directly to our booking tool and can easily select your treatment and the desired date.

Where is my booking confirmation?

After a booking you will receive a booking confirmation from us by e-mail. The booking confirmation can currently only be sent during opening hours - if you do not receive a confirmation, please also check your spam folder. If there is no confirmation there either, please contact your TRUE CARE institute.

What happens if I cannot keep an appointment?

Something can always come up, of course we understand that. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we would ask you to cancel your appointment by phone. You can find the contact details of your studio here.

The following cancellation policy applies: if you cancel < 48 hours before the appointment we charge 50% of the booked treatment price, if you cancel < 24 hours before the appointment we charge 75%.

What is included in the initial treatment?

In an initial treatment, we will first examine your skin with our computerized skin analysis device, our Observ, to determine your individual skin needs. This is because it is only possible to develop your individual skin care plan with a well-founded analysis. Depending on the results of the skin analysis, your Skin Care Expert will then recommend an initial treatment. This will be tailored to your skin needs.

How do I book an additional service?

You can easily book an additional service via the appointment booking tool on our website. To do this, you must first book a treatment - then you can select an additional treatment.

What payment methods are offered?

In our stores we offer all common payment methods. You can pay with cash, EC card or credit card.

Why should I give an evaluation after a treatment?

Reviews and feedback are very important to give other customers valuable advice and help our Skin Care Experts to become even better. We look forward to receiving a positive review directly on Google.  

I can't tolerate home care, what should I do?

Even though we thoroughly analyze your skin condition and tailor your care needs individually, it can always happen that a product is not tolerated. If this is the case, please contact your institute so that we can adjust your care plan.

I would like to be treated again by my favorite cosmetician. How can I ensure that?

Within the online booking you can choose your favorite cosmetician.

What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my treatment?

It is very important to us that you are happy with your treatment and your stay at one of our TRUE CARE institutes. Please provide feedback directly to your TRUE CARE institute so that we can look for areas of improvement to make your experience with TRUE CARE a satisfying one.

Are the products used during the treatments that I can take home for home care vegan?

Your Skin Care Expert will be happy to advise you on the ingredients contained in our products.

Are the products used during treatments that I can take home for home care free of animal testing?

Of course, all products used are free of animal testing.

Can I use the products if I am pregnant?

Your Skin Care Expert will be happy to advise you on possible contraindications to our products. At the beginning, in addition to the skin analysis, a comprehensive medical history is taken so that all conditions can be taken into account when creating the treatment plan.

What happens if I interrupt a treatment course?

It can always happen that a cure must be interrupted. Nothing happens in this case, however, we can no longer guarantee the success of the treatment. For details, please talk to your TRUE CARE institute.

Can the voucher card expire?

A voucher can be redeemed at your TRUE CARE institute within 365 days.

How can I purchase the products for home?

You can easily purchase your home care products at your TRUE CARE Institute or order them through the REVIDERM online shop.

How long will it take for the products to be delivered to me?

Usually the products will be delivered within 1-2 business days. However, since we do not ship the products ourselves, but they are shipped via REVIDERM AG, you can find out more here at www.reviderm.com.

I have a question about an online order (e.g. delivery times, complaints, returns, etc.).

My product arrived defective, what should I do?

If an item is damaged or e.g. incorrectly packed, you can exchange the product at our store. Please bring your defective product with you. This only applies to products that you have purchased in a TRUE CARE institute, for online orders, please contact www.reviderm.com.

Can I return used product?

A return of already opened / used products is unfortunately excluded. The exception here are incompatibilities that are due to this product.

In case of allergic reaction from the product, do I get my money back?

If you have an allergic reaction, we ask that you contact your TRUE CARE institute. Here you will either get your money back or we will find an alternative product for you.

How long do I have the right to return a product?

You may return an unopened and originally packaged product 14 days after purchase with the appropriate receipt.

Permanent hair removal

Does laser epilation completely remove the hair?

A permanent, residual hair removal is not possible according to the current state of knowledge. Even with multiple treatments, about 10 to 30 percent of the hair roots remain active, depending on predisposition. However, the remaining hair changes: it usually becomes considerably finer and therefore hardly visible or noticeable.

How many treatments are necessary?

According to our experience, six to eight treatments are sufficient for a satisfactory, lasting result.

How much interval should there be between treatments?

For optimal efficiency, we recommend four to six weeks between appointments. The waiting time ensures that many hair roots have entered the active phase again, where they can be treated with laser light.

What should I pay attention to before and after hair removal?

You can optimize the result of your epilation with the ideal pre- and aftercare. We will be happy to give you answers to all practical questions in person at your institute.
On the day of a treatment, you should shave your hair freshly. As a general rule, you should refrain from waxing, sugaring, etc. before and after each treatment. In addition, we recommend that you refrain from sun exposure, solarium and home care appropriate to your skin condition (e.g. care products with fruit acids or essential oils) for 10 - 15 days.

Can I have the treatment if I am pregnant?

No, pregnant persons are not allowed to have this treatment.

Radiofrequency

What do I need to consider before treatment?

1 week BEFORE the treatment

  • Do not use products containing fruit acids or essential oils

On the day of treatment

  • Do not use products in the treatment area that have a strong effect on blood circulation
  • Do not use products containing the following ingredients
    • Alcohol (INCI: Alcohol denat.)
    • Vitamin A (highly concentrated)
    • Vitamin C (highly concentrated)

Distance times should be observed as follows - please discuss details with your Skin Care Expert (selection):

  • Laser treatments within the last 3 months
  • Thread lifting within the last 4 weeks
  • Injection with fillers within the last 3 months
  • Injection with botulinum toxin within the last 3 days
  • IPL (intense pulsating light) within the last week

What do I have to pay attention to after a treatment?

On 2-3 days AFTER the radiofrequency treatment

Are there any contraindications?

Contraindications may include the following:

Microneedling

What do I need to consider before treatment?

1 week BEFORE treatment

  • If there is a tendency to herpes simplex in the treatment area, please use the agent of your choice for prophylaxis.
Will I be socially acceptable after the treatment?

After a treatment, redness, etc. may occur, because the skin is still working in the aftermath.

What do I have to pay attention to after a treatment?

On the 3 days AFTER the treatment

  • Use only mild cleansing and the care from the post-needling kit.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure and solarium.
  • Do not use oily creams or products containing fruit acids or essential oils.
  • Avoid heavy sweating (e.g. sports).
  • Refrain from hot showers, sauna, steam baths, swimming pools or similar.
  • Do not perform extreme dust or dirt work (e.g. gardening).

What do I have to pay attention to after a treatment?

On 2-3 days after microdermabrasion, please pay attention to the following:

  • Use a high level of sun protection, even with low sun exposure.
  • Do not use greasy creams or products containing fruit acids or essential oils.
  • Avoid heavy sweating (e.g. sports).
  • Avoid hot showers, sauna, steam baths, swimming pools or similar.
  • Do not carry out any dust or dirty work.

Ultraschall

What do I need to consider before treatment?

For all treatments with an intensive effect, according to the int. safety guidelines, there must be a time interval between cosmetic ultrasound and certain other treatments, the so-called distance time. Fillers such as hyaluronic acid can be degraded somewhat faster after an ultrasound treatment. Your Skin Care Expert will provide you with comprehensive information on this.

What do I have to pay attention to after a treatment?

With ultrasound, there is nothing special to be observed after a treatment.

Are there any contraindications?

REVIDERM places the highest value on safety and skin comfort in the method of cosmetic ultrasound. However, in the presence of certain circumstances, ultrasound may not be performed for your safety, or only after approval or declaration of harmlessness by the attending physician. We will be happy to explain this to you at your TRUE CARE institute.
